Brady was an exceptional and beloved son, brother, and grandson who possessed a caring, loving, funny, intelligent, and artistic personality. He had many friends and a loving girlfriend and was always eager to bring laughter and happiness to others through his playful and humorous nature. Music, particularly the works of Bruce Springsteen, was a tremendous source of positivity and inspiration for him.
There was no doubt that Brady cherished his entire family deeply, and he knew that they reciprocated unwavering, unconditional love. He achieved remarkable success through his involvement in Air Force JROTC, earning numerous national awards and displaying exceptional leadership skills. His impact on those around him was immeasurable, as he never failed to put a smile on their faces.
Despite the many positive aspects of his life, Brady struggled with a mental illness that he kept hidden and bottled up. His tendency towards perfectionism, pressures from school and being a teenager, and anxiety ultimately proved too much to bear, and tragically, he chose to take his own life in September 2022.
We are forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support from our community. A special thank you goes out to Brady’s friends for truly bringing him joy, laughter, and happiness. We love you!

From Brady Elbaum – 15 year old – Spring 2022
A word that best identifies the anticipated expectations and desired ideals for the future would be “revolution”. A major digital transformation movement across all industries has started. We are now in the 4th industrial revolution, a digital revolution. While we are still in the middle of a global pandemic, there are major signs that 2022 and the near future will bring improved productivity, operational efficiencies and a new way of working. While Covid was terrible, it forced businesses to radically and quickly enhance how they work, especially by upgrading their technology. One specific example is video conferencing. Companies did not allow users to work from home because of technology and network limitations. Due to Covid, employees needed to work from home. Business quickly upgraded their technology in weeks, when this would normally take years. While the digital revolution started just prior to Covid, the digital transformation across all industries have exponentially fast tracked due to companies being forced to change the way we work in this new world.
